ليبيا أرض الذهب المنهوب

يعتقد الكثير من العامة في ليبيا وخارجها أنها دولة تعتمد على إنتاج النفط لتمويل اقتصادها؛ إذ توفر عائدات النفط أكبر مورد للميزانية في ليبيا ولكن مالا يعلمه الكثير ان ليبيا تمتلك احتياطيات ضخمة من الذهب تم استخراج معظمه محلياً بعيداً عن أعين السلطة.

إذ توجد أنواع وألوان مختلفة من الذهب المستخرج من الجنوب الليبي، فمثلاً الذهب الذي يتم اكتشافه على سطح التربة ولا يحتاج تنقيباً وحفراً يكون على شكل حجر أسود، وبعد المسح يصبح أصفر، وعياره أربع وعشرون قيراطاً، وأحيانًا ثلاثة وعشرون قيراطاً، وهذا النوع يتواجد بشكل أكبر في منطقة “مسكي وبراو“، وسعر الغرام منه تجاوز 165 ديناراً.

أما الذهب الذي يتم التنقيب عنه، فهو مختلط بالحجارة والتراب ويحتاج إلى غربلة وتنقية وتجميع، وعياره واحد وعشرون أو اثنان وعشرون قيراطاً لوجود الشوائب فيه، ويستعمل الزئبق لتنقيته وتجميعه حيث يتم خلطه مع الذهب والماء، ويتم حرقه ليتبخر الزئبق والماء، ليبقى الذهب صافياً، وهذا النوع يكثر في منطقة (35).

وتعتبر منطقة الـ35 منطقة تبعد عن حدود تشاد بخمس وثلاثين كيلومتراً، من أكثر المناطق التي يتواجد بها التنقيب حالياً، بينما منطقة أخرى تسمى منطقة الـ(17) التي توجد داخل ليبيا تتم فيها تنقية وغربلة الذهب، إلى جانب كونها منطقة سوق كبيرة ومطاعم.

كما يوجد في أقصى جنوب ليبيا عدة مواقع للتنقيب عن الذهب قريبة من بعضها يتم التنقيب فيها للحساب الشخصي، والسيطرة عليها تكون حسب المنطقة المتواجد فيها الموقع؛ فمثلاً في منطقة الجنوب الغربي لليبيا تسيطر قبائل التبو والحساونة والمحاميد وفي المنطقة القريبة من الحدود مع الجزائر تسيطر قبائل التبو والطوارق وفي حدود الكفرة جنوب شرق ليبيا تسيطر قبائل الزوية والتبو، ولا يمكن لأي شخص غريب من منطقة أخرى أو من قبائل أخرى غير تلك التي تقع مساحات التنقيب في مناطقها أو تحت سيطرتها الدخول إلى هناك إلا بحماية شخصية من القوة المسيطرة هناك، سواء كان دخوله إلى هناك للزيارة أو العمل. 

ومع حالة الانفلات الأمني كثرت أعمال التنقيب غير الشرعية عن الذهب في منطقة جبال العوينات جنوب شرق ليبيا خلال السنوات الأخيرة سواء كان ذلك من بعض المجموعات الليبية المسلحة أو حتى من مجموعات وعصابات قادمة من السودان وتشاد والتي لاتحتاج لحفر عميق أو حتى أجهزة باهظة ومكلفة.

وأصبحت جبال العوينات هدفاً للتنقيب كونها غنية بالذهب، حيث جاء في تقرير للمجلس العالمي للذهب أن تحت جبل العوينات الجرانيتي وصخوره النارية السوداء يقع ثاني أكبر مخزون للذهب في القارة الإفريقية

كما تعد منطقتا كوري أدري والطينة، الغنيتان بالمناجم، بالإضافة إلى أخرى غير آهلة بالسكان مثل منطقة كركور حميد، من أكثر الأماكن التي تنشط فيها عصابات الذهب، حيث يوجد المعدن الثمين بكميات كبيرة في تلك المناطق بين الأودية. 

وبسبب الغياب الكامل للدولة عن هذه المنطقة الغنية بالثروات الطبيعية فتح المجال أمام الغرباء للاستمرار في نهب خيراتها، ويؤكد متابعون أن مناجم الذهب في الأراضي الليبية ثروة وطنية يجب عدم تركها للنهب.

كما يعد العمل في مناجم الذهب غير القانونية من أهم مراحل الهجرة غير الشرعية لمهاجري دول جنوب الصحراء، إذ يعتبر المرور عليها مرحلة أولى؛ ليتمكن المهاجرون من جمع المال الكافي للرحلة إلى ما بعد الحدود الليبية.
